Experience building and debugging complicated test systems
Ability to independently interface with vendors and other third parties
Firmware development skills for microcontrollers, including hardware bring-up and debugging.
It would be nice if you also had:
Graduate degree in electrical engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience with some or all of the following: PSU design, high-layer-count stack-ups, HDI, or fine-pitch fanout
Lab experience working with optical components and instruments, using software to automate measurements and analyze data.
Theoretical understanding of coherent optical communication systems or prior experience with optical modules.
Design and develop hardware test boards for characterizing and testing high-speed electro-optical devices.
Develop test platforms for both R&D and manufacturing purposes.
Conduct laboratory testing and characterization of electro-optical devices.
Contribute to the design and development of System-on-Chip optical engines for telecom, data center, and networking applications.
