Role Description: As a Full Stack Engineer at Itramei, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that power our AI-driven conversation simulation platform. You will work across the stack to develop front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and integrations, collaborating closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver reliable and intuitive features. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peer code, optimizing performance, improving security, and contributing to architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks to create secure, scalable services.
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and microservices is a plus.
Interest in AI-driven products, revenue enablement, or sales technology is beneficial.
