Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Engineer role is based in Kolhapur and focuses on improving and optimizing manufacturing or production processes. The Process Engineer will analyze existing workflows, design and implement process changes, and monitor performance to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting process data, developing and updating process documentation, collaborating with operations and maintenance teams, and supporting troubleshooting activities. The role also involves working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and support the introduction of new products or technologies. The Process Engineer will be expected to participate in root cause analyses and recommend solutions that reduce waste, lower costs, and improve overall reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills to develop, optimize, and scale production processes.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor operations, interpret data, and implement corrective actions.
Candidates should possess a foundation in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline to understand materials, reactions, and industrial systems.
Candidates should possess good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical records.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, manage multiple projects, adhere to safety and quality standards, and use engineering software and tools for modeling and analysis.
