EPICOR ERP Functional Consultant-- Remote

Job Title: EPICOR ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Belvidere, Illinois// Remote
Duration: 6-12+ months
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Role Descriptions:
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Map current-state and future-state business processes.
Configure Epicor modules to support business operations.
Design and validate business process improvements.
Define functional specifications for customized solutions.
Support testing| training| change management| and UAT.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
Drive process standardization across sites.
Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) Essential Skills: This is for EPICOR Kinetic ERP Techno functional position which is not there in RGS Competency list.Knowledge of EPICOR KINETIC ERP Knowledge of SQL| SQL server
Good understanding of SQL database
Strong understanding of business processes
Knowledge and experience of Implementation methodology
Knowledge and experience of application support process
Implementation and Support of EPICOR KINETIC ERP as a functional consultant
Understanding SDLC processes
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.
Knowledge of SDLC Processes| Agile Project Implementation Life cycles
Skills: Digital : Enterprise Integration~EAS : Niche EPICOR KINETIC ERP Experience Required: 10 & Above
