Engineer

Prepare a FEA model using 2D shellmeshing for plastic components
Perform the FEA simulations.
Debug the Abaqus simulation convergence issues.
Post processing and Results interpretation.
Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
Time planning, Tracking and updating the status to the customer.
Document and share best practices.
Successfully handle multiple priorities.
Candidates must have around 2-3 years of significant professional experience of Plastic parts meshing using ANSA or hypermesh and FEA analysis using Abaqus/Optistruct.
Good experience in Non-linear structural and Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD).
Good theoretical knowledge on core Mechanical subjects like SOM, Dynamics and Fatigue.
Good understanding of Automotive HVAC Systems and other subsystems
Good problem solving and communication skills
Good in written and Verbal communication.
