Senior Implementation Consultant

We're Hiring: Senior Implementation Consultant | Remote (U.S.)
AccuSourceHR is looking for a hands-on Senior Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations and help build scalable processes as we continue to grow.

What you'll do:
Lead client implementations from kickoff and discovery through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
Build scalable implementation processes, playbooks, templates, documentation, and launch standards.
Manage project timelines, risks, client expectations, and multiple implementations simultaneously.
Coordinate data migration, system transitions, integrations, and technical requirements with clients and internal teams.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Sales, and Compliance to ensure smooth launches.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce implementation risks, and scale the implementation function.
What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, HR technology, professional services, or a related client-facing field.
3+ years leading complex implementations, teams, or cross-functional launch programs.
Experience with data migration, workflow design, system configuration, and technical integrations.
Strong project management, communication, documentation, and client relationship skills.
A builder mindset: you enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and making complex projects run smoothly.
Nice to have: Experience with HRIS, HCM, onboarding, workforce management, background screening, or other HR technology solutions.

Position details:
Location: Remote, United States
Employment: Full-time, salaried
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually
