About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer with expertise in Figma to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating customer needs into engaging and intuitive user experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to design visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with product managers, creative directors, and development teams, you will contribute to the entire design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to prototyping and final asset creation. Your work will directly influence the usability and success of our software products, making a tangible impact on our clients and stakeholders. Qualifications
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual design best practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze user journeys and develop user scenarios
Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior experience in product design or related roles is preferred
Responsibilities
Translate customer needs into compelling user journeys and interfaces
Design and iterate on visual assets, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively
Collaborate with product managers and creative directors to conduct research and develop innovative user experiences
Create detailed design documentation and guidelines for seamless implementation by development teams
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, including peers and executives
Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs
Maintain consistency across design systems and contribute to the evolution of visual standards
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
