Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who knows how to turn plans into results?
Tecbound Technology is a growing IT and cybersecurity company based in Calgary, Canada, with operations in Latin America. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help execute and coordinate our digital and offline marketing initiatives, strengthen our corporate and CEO brands, and support business growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, follows through, and makes sure projects are completed properly and on time.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other channels.
Manage Tecbound’s and our CEO’s social media presence, with LinkedIn as our primary social platform.
Coordinate external agencies, designers, and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet requirements, deadlines, and brand standards.
Prepare, schedule, and review marketing content, including reels, carousels, blog posts, newsletters, and other materials.
Coordinate offline initiatives, including direct mail, printed campaigns, events, and telemarketing activities.
Support prospect list building, lead-generation initiatives, and CRM management in collaboration with Sales.
Ensure consistency across marketing materials, messaging, and brand positioning.
Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Keep projects moving by proactively following up on deliverables, identifying blockers, and communicating issues before they affect deadlines.
Review work carefully before submission or publication to ensure instructions, quality standards, and requirements have been fully met.
What We’re Looking For
Advanced written and spoken English – mandatory.
2–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a similar role.
Experience or strong understanding of B2B marketing.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong ownership and follow-through.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently without constant supervision.
Strong judgment and ability to proactively identify, communicate, and escalate issues when necessary.
Experience coordinating external agencies, designers, freelancers, or vendors.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, Google Ads, and WordPress.
Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and the ability to use AI effectively for marketing research, content development, productivity, and workflow optimization.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work.
Nice to Have
Experience in IT services, MSPs, technology, or cybersecurity.
Experience supporting a CEO, executive, or personal brand.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Experience with SEO, events, direct mail, or other offline marketing initiatives.
