Job Family Definition:
Students or recent graduates of college, university, or other accredited academic programs, pursuing diplomas or degrees (Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in any field. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.
Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a defined project within the WW Sales Enablement Certification team to support Certifications monetization.
- Partner with certification development, delivery and Marketing teams to take directions on the defined project.
- Partner with our Certification stakeholders (Enablement, Marketing, Channel, BU) to execute the defined project.
- Manage and control project timelines and cost.
- Analyse and act on stakeholder and certification team feedback
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree in Computer engineer, Computer science
Ideally Sales experience in IT
Ideally experience in designing in training enablement
Demonstrated experience in presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex technology and concepts.
Expert ability to gauge variances in learning styles within an audience.
Superior familiarity with learning content and training solutions.
