Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marsh. Este posición estará basada en la Argentina, es una posición híbrida de al menos 3 días en la oficina
Como Analista Mejora continua / Transformación tendrás los siguientes desafíos:
Contaremos contigo para:
Identificación de oportunidades mejoras
Análisis y cuantificación de las mejoras
Desarrollar e implementar automatizaciones mediante herramientas Low Code
Desarrollar métricas y KPI relacionadas a los procesos
¿Qué necesitas tener?
2 años de experiencia en Equipos de transformación
Titulado o próximo a recibirse de alguna carrera relacionada al puesto.
De preferencia haber trabajado con herramientas por Power Automate, Power apps, Power BI .
Gestión de proyectos bajo metodología PMI (Deseable)
Gestión de Riesgos e Issues
Conocimientos de estructuras de procesos
Frameworks Agiles (serán valoradas positivamente)
Herramientas
MS Project
Manejo de Teams y Sharepoint
Paquete de Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
Idioma Ingles (intermedio o estudiando de preferencia)
