WHY WE EXIST:
At ER2, we desire to grow a sustainable company that provides opportunity for individuals to continuously improve and grow.
WHAT WE DO:
ER2 partners with organizations ranging from growing businesses to some of the world's largest enterprises, providing technology deployment, equipment management, and zero-waste IT disposal solutions. We're also committed to reducing the digital divide through donation initiatives that increase access to technology and opportunity in under-resourced communities.
OUR CORE VALUES:
Constantly Improving
Acting in Humility
Living a Life of Servanthood
Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence
At ER2, we believe strong organizations are built by humble, accountable, growth-minded people who are committed to serving others and continuously improving.
We value teammates who step in where needed, support one another, and take pride in doing great work. In return, we strive to create an environment where people can learn, develop new skills, and grow both professionally and personally.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite client pickups of decommissioned IT equipment, ensuring secure handling and transport in compliance with company and industry data security standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and reliable schedule management. Prior experience in logistics or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
The standard schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM with a ½ hour lunch break, though some client pickups may extend beyond regular hours. Flexibility is important, as assignments may occasionally require later finishes to ensure client needs are met.
Compensation: $55,000 / Salary
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Travel makes up about 50% of this role, with assignments ranging from local to regional pickups. Regional trips may involve several hours of driving or flights to other states. While travel is a regular part of the job, we place a strong emphasis on work–life balance. You can expect to be home on weekends, and we provide as much advance notice as possible for each trip. In addition to your base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn extra travel bonuses. For any overnight travel, you will receive a $65 per diem allowance to cover meals and incidental expenses, while the company pays for lodging, airfare, baggage fees, and other required travel costs.
The responsibilities of this position go beyond driving. You will also assist with loading and unloading equipment, managing inventory, processing and sorting electronics, and handling general warehouse duties as needed. This variety makes the role ideal for someone who is adaptable, enjoys being a team player, and takes pride in contributing to the overall success of the operation.

We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.
