Job Title: Senior Manual Tester
Reports to: Delivery Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Department: Quality Assurance
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester with 6–8 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database testing, API testing, API integration testing, and defect investigation.
The role involves working closely with different product, development and business teams to understand requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently as an Individual Contributor, owning testing activities end-to-end
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT/end-to-end testing.
Conduct database testing and write SQL queries for data validation.
Perform API and integration testing using Postman.
Track defects and participate in defect triage and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams.
Mentor junior testers and review test cases.
Required Skills
6–8 years of manual testing experience.
Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing, Postman, Jira/Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
