Position: Domain Expert - ERP(NetSuite)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Confirm the accuracy of posted entries, reconciliations, or close steps in the ledger.
Catch entries posted to incorrect periods, accounts, subsidiaries, or currencies.
Judge completeness by ensuring all related transactions are accounted for.
Distinguish between system allowances and accountant approvals to flag policy breaches.
Verify that requests lacking approval or existing records are appropriately refused.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Frequent NetSuite use - weekly or more - for accounting work in your current or recent role.
3+ years of professional accounting experience, including month-end close.
Ability to spot misposted entries, unreconciled variances, or cutoff errors on sight.
Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas listed.
Hands-on experience as a NetSuite user or administrator.
Preferred
CPA (active or inactive) preferred; otherwise a degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent controller-level experience.
Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus.
