As Our Store Manager, You'll Lead the Way
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day
Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing store culture
Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
Lead from the front, creating memorable customer experiences
Foster a strong safety-first culture and champion Work Health & Safety practices
Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all inventory processes
Stay up to date with pet care, products, and services to support and educate customers
Support local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business
What You'll Bring to the Team
Previous retail leadership experience
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire high-performing teams
The ability to build a positive, engaged and customer-focused team culture
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in driving safe Work Health & Safety practices
Strong commercial and business acumen
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating connections within the local community
