You will take ownership of the hiring journey, from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers. Working closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team, you will help build effective hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your regional market knowledge and data-driven approach will help identify top talent, improve recruitment processes, and overcome hiring challenges.
