About the Role
We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to grow our brand on social media with engaging content, strong hooks, and viral short-form videos for Dubai real estate.
Responsibilities
- Create content ideas and monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write scripts and attention-grabbing hooks for Reels and short videos
- Spot trends and turn them into viral, relevant video content
- Direct shoots and work with video editors and designers
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and improve content based on results
- Coordinate with the ads specialist and sales team to align content with campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Proven portfolio of Reels or videos with strong reach and engagement
- Strong skills in scriptwriting, storytelling, and hook creation
- Good understanding of trending formats, audio, and platform algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing apps (CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent English communication; Hindi/Gujarati is a plus
- Real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus
