About The Role
Seven Mentor is looking for an experienced and passionate Java Web Full Stack Trainer to deliver technical training, mentor students, and provide hands-on experience in Java full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, OOPs, Collections, and Exception Handling.
Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
Knowledge of Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Maven, and version control.
Understanding of web application development, debugging, and deployment.
Experience in developing real-time Java full stack projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Java Web Full Stack Development.
Explain technical concepts through practical examples and live coding.
Guide students in developing real-time projects and web applications.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct practical sessions and evaluate student performance.
Help students troubleshoot coding issues and improve problem-solving skills.
Keep students updated with current industry trends and technologies.
Support students in developing industry-ready technical skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of Java full stack development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
