Estate Planning Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to support estate planning, probate, wills, trusts, and trust administration matters in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will help prepare and review legal documents, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate client communications throughout the legal process. You will contribute to efficient case management by organizing documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate combines strong legal drafting skills with excellent written and verbal communication and a commitment to accuracy. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced legal assistant who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide reliable support to attorneys and clients. You will play an important role in helping legal matters progress smoothly from initial intake through completion.
