We are looking for a strategic, data-driven performance marketing leader to drive B2B growth through paid advertising across multiple markets and customer segments. In this hands-on role, you will oversee a multi-million-euro annual media budget and lead the execution of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. You will combine analytical thinking with creative experimentation to maximize lead generation, improve lead quality, and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets. Working closely with marketing, analytics, content, design, and local market teams, you will translate performance insights into scalable growth strategies. You will also mentor and develop paid marketing specialists while introducing AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and campaign optimization.
