Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Eligibility
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Good communication skills
Compassionate and patient-friendly approach
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital team
Preference will be given to candidates with hospital experience
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Patient counselling and social case work
Supporting economically weaker patients
Coordination with government and NGO schemes
Discharge planning and follow-up
Documentation and reporting
Coordination with doctors, nursing staff and other hospital departments
Connecting patients and families with appropriate community resources and support services
