Role Description The Fashion PR Executive will manage day-to-day public relations activities for fashion and lifestyle clients, including developing and executing PR strategies, coordinating media outreach, and supporting brand visibility initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves drafting press releases, organizing media interactions, managing sample requests and lookbooks, and maintaining strong relationships with fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and key industry stakeholders. The role includes monitoring media coverage, preparing PR reports, and supporting events such as launches, showcases, and collaborations. The Fashion PR Executive will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with overall brand objectives.
Qualifications
Ability to create and manage fashion-focused PR content, including Press Releases and Writing for various media formats.
Strong Media Relations skills, with experience engaging fashion journalists, stylists, influencers, and digital platforms.
Proficiency in Communication and Public Relations, including presenting ideas clearly and managing stakeholder expectations.
Relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle PR, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital PR, and influencer marketing in the fashion and lifestyle space.
