About the Opportunity
We are seeking licensed physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners (NP), and physician assistants (PA) for immediate, flexible telehealth opportunities across multiple states.
The role focuses primarily on hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) and medical weight management, including GLP-1 treatments.
Providers conduct virtual patient consultations, assess treatment eligibility, review relevant medical information, and independently determine appropriate treatment plans.
Dapper provides the technology infrastructure, patient coordination, and integrated pharmacy fulfillment services, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

States We're Actively Recruiting In
California is our highest-priority market, and we are seeking providers who can begin serving patients in the state immediately.
We are also actively recruiting clinicians licensed in the following states:
Texas, Massachusetts, New York, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, South Carolina, New Jersey, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Vermont, and West Virginia.
Candidates with licenses in multiple states are strongly encouraged to apply.
California licensure is preferred but not required for candidates licensed in one or more of the other states listed above.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual patient consultations through synchronous video and/or asynchronous telehealth, as clinically and legally appropriate.
Evaluate patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, or medical weight management.
Review medical histories, symptoms, laboratory results, and other information relevant to treatment eligibility.
Develop appropriate treatment recommendations using independent clinical judgment.
Prescribe medications when medically appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
Document clinical encounters in Dapper's integrated healthcare platform.
Provide appropriate follow-up recommendations and coordinate any clinically necessary care.
Qualifications
Required:
An active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA license in at least one state listed above.
Appropriate prescribing authority in the state or states where patients are located.
Experience conducting patient consultations and developing or managing treatment plans.
Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based patient care.
The ability to work independently within an appropriate clinical practice arrangement.
Preferred:
Active California license.
Licensure in multiple states.
Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT).
Experience with GLP-1 medications and medical weight management.
Familiarity with longevity or preventive medicine.
Experience conducting synchronous and asynchronous telehealth consultations.
Active DEA registration, where applicable.
Previous telehealth or independent contractor experience.
