Head of Finance

China Based Head of Finance.
A senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced finance professional to shape financial direction and governance for a multinational organization's China entity.
This company is a US Headquartered Global CRO.
Beyond leading core finance operations, this role is a trusted adviser to senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, profitability, capital requirements and business expansion.
You will oversee budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash management, tax and transfer pricing, statutory obligations, audit readiness and the financial control environment.
You will also lead process improvement and finance transformation initiatives that strengthen visibility, efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience and a proven track record in a multinational China environment.
You will have strong technical command of PRC financial and tax requirements, alongside PRC GAAP and IFRS and US GAAP, and the confidence to work with executive stakeholders in a global matrix.
Due to the markets and countries covered in this role, fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
A relevant professional accounting qualification is preferred.
