Tele Sales Expert

We are looking for a sales expert who's well versed with tele sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle objections and convert conversations into bookings.
Develop and improve calling scripts, pitches and offers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
Track calls, enquiries, appointments and conversions.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or outbound sales.
Strong communication, questioning and listening skills.
Ability to engage strangers and steer sales conversations.
Understanding of sales offers, follow-ups and closing techniques.
A target-driven mindset and willingness to learn from feedback.
Experience in automotive sales, luxury car dealerships or other high-value sales segments is preferred.
Most importantly: We're looking for someone who understands sales beyond making calls—someone who can uncover customer needs, turn conversations into business opportunities and continuously improve their approach.
