As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Payments, you will drive the strategy, development, and optimization of payment products designed to simplify financial operations for businesses across Brazil. You will oversee the customer journey across card issuance, payment processing, and merchant acquiring, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, activation, and engagement. Through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation, you will uncover customer needs, reduce friction, and deliver seamless payment experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, partners, and specialists in Growth, CRM, and Customer Experience to translate insights into impactful product improvements. This role combines strategic product thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced technology environment.
