Portadown is a popular hospitality venue in the heart of Toowoomba, known for its lively atmosphere, great food, entertainment, and fast-paced trade. We're looking for a hands-on Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Work in a busy, high-volume hospitality venue
What You'll Be Doing
Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation of the venue
Opening and closing the venue, including late-night closes
Supervising bar operations and leading the team from the floor
Delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment
Maintaining compliance, safety and service standards
What We're Looking For
Previous Duty Manager or Bar Supervisor experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
Confidence managing busy late-night trade
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
Essential Requirements
Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification
Ability to obtain and hold a RMLV
Proven fast-paced bar supervisory experience
Full Australian working rights
