Community Moderator (External Contractor)

The Community Moderator will help create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive online learning environment for students participating in scholarship programmes. In this part-time, remote contractor role, you will work closely with Community Managers to maintain healthy discussions, uphold community guidelines, and encourage meaningful learner interactions. You will monitor online forums daily, respond to non-technical student enquiries, and help ensure that community members feel supported throughout their learning journey. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve engagement, supporting community activities, and contributing to performance reporting when needed. You will collaborate with an international team in a dynamic digital education environment focused on technology skills and professional development.
