HR Administrator (LTG)

The HR Administrator will play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and employee-focused HR operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee record management to payroll coordination and benefits administration. Working within an international HR shared services environment, you will collaborate with HR specialists, payroll teams, external providers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. You will contribute to HR data integrity, regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and the effective management of HR systems and processes. The role also involves supporting people-related projects, annual HR programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
