Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in concept and schematic design, and contributing to detailed design and documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and consultants, supporting integration of design elements, and ensuring that project documentation aligns with client requirements and local regulations. The Junior Architect will also help with site visits, basic measurements, and progress reviews as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed drawings.
Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
Ability to assist with Project Management activities, including coordination, scheduling support, and documentation tracking.
Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with design visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant discipline.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bengaluru or interest in developing this expertise.
