Role Description The Site Engineer role at Kolbro Private Limited Nagpur is a full-time, on-site position based in Gondia. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, and ensure work is executed according to design specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving on-site technical issues, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records of materials, labor, and site reports. The role also involves communicating regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates, highlight risks, and support timely completion of project milestones.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role will be an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic site measurement tools, and work safely under outdoor conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
