Support and configure TISNet
Partner with laboratory, operational and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance and deliver outstanding customer support.
Fixed term opportunity until Dec 2027, $115-125k + superannuation + salary packaging
About the role
We're looking for an Applications Specialist - Transplant Systems to join our ICT team and play a key role in supporting the applications that underpin our transplant and laboratory operations. You'll support, maintain and enhance TISNet and provide support for other TIS instruments and software. This is a hands-on applications support role where you'll work closely with operational stakeholders, laboratory teams and technical colleagues to ensure critical systems remain reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. You'll investigate issues, support system improvements, contribute to quality documentation and help ensure systems continue to meet the needs of a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain and enhance TISNet and otherTIS systems.
Provide application support for mission-critical systems, ensuring high levels of reliability and performance.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality customer support and service, ideally within an ITIL-based framework.
Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support quality and compliance activities, including documentation, SOP development and maintenance where required.
Ensure data integrity, traceability and compliance requirements are maintained across supported systems.
Collaborate with laboratory and operational teams to understand business needs and deliver practical technical solutions.

Experience supporting and administering business-critical applications or information systems
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellent support outcomes.
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
Experience working within structured operational or regulated environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
The ability to exercise sound judgement and work autonomously within established frameworks and procedures
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills and a commitment to delivering excellent support outcomes
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
Experience working within structured operational or regulated environments is highly desirable
