Senior Data Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging advanced analytics, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities to drive business performance. You will lead complex analytical initiatives, influence decision-making through actionable insights, establish robust KPI frameworks, and mentor junior team members while fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
Use Python or R for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives by translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define analytical roadmaps and prioritize high-impact business problems
WHO YOU ARE​
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modelling.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to solve business problems through analytical and data-driven approaches.
Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and business reporting.
Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence decisions through insights and recommendations.
