Inbound Account Executive

We are seeking a commercially driven Inbound Account Executive to convert qualified inbound leads into long-term customer relationships within the salon, spa, beauty, and wellness industries. In this fully remote role, you will guide prospective customers through the entire sales journey, from initial discovery and tailored product demonstrations to negotiation and closing. You will work directly with business owners to understand their challenges and demonstrate how innovative SaaS solutions can streamline operations, improve client retention, and drive revenue growth. Managing a dynamic pipeline of inbound opportunities, you will combine consultative selling, commercial awareness, and effective time management to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, from the first interaction through onboarding.
