Mechanical Design Engineer (Innovation)

The Product Innovation team is an amalgamation of engineers and scientists that team focuses on building a better product and is heavily involved with the research and development of the core principles of the technology. Responsibilities
1. Assist in researching emerging ideas, technologies, and gaps in science.
2. Support brainstorming sessions, idea validation, and concept development.
3. Contribute to prototyping efforts both theoretical and physical (low- or high-fidelity).
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and biology.
5. Conduct experimental analysis and provide decisive results to guide product direction.
6. Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate ideas and findings.
7. Document project progress, testing results, and key learnings.
Qualifications
Must possess at least a completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have a strong grasp of CAD design ( Solidworks and/or Fusion360 preferred).
Working knowledge of Electronics, Microbiology and Chemistry.
Important
Candidates with less than one year of experience will be offered an internship. Upon demonstrating satisfactory performance, they may be considered for a full-time role upon its completion.
