ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot specialist to design, build and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents that streamline business operations. The role focuses on using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Pro and Copilot Studio to automate and improve finance workflows, working closely with finance, operations and IT teams.
Candidates with hands-on exposure to financial processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) will be strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Copilot development: Design, build, test and deploy custom copilots and agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, triggers and generative answers.
▪ Process automation: Identify automation opportunities across P2P, O2C and R2R (e.g., invoice queries, vendor and customer follow-ups, reconciliations, month-end close support) and convert them into Copilot-driven solutions.
▪ Integration: Connect copilots to enterprise data sources and systems through Power Automate flows, connectors, Dataverse, SharePoint and APIs.
▪ Productivity enablement: Configure and drive adoption of Copilot Pro / Microsoft 365 Copilot across Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint for finance users.
▪ Prompt engineering: Create, refine and document prompts, knowledge sources and conversation flows for accurate, reliable and compliant responses.
▪ Requirement gathering: Work with business stakeholders to understand pain points, map current processes and define solution scope.
▪ Governance and security: Apply data security, access control and responsible-AI practices in line with organisational policies.
▪ Documentation and training: Prepare solution documents, user guides and SOPs, and train end users.
▪ Support and improvement: Monitor solution performance, analyse usage, resolve issues and continuously improve deployed copilots.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
▪ 3–5 years of overall experience, with demonstrable hands-on work in Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Copilot Pro / Microsoft 365 Copilot.
▪ Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 apps.
▪ Experience building conversational bots or AI agents, including topics, entities, variables and generative AI features.
▪ Understanding of connectors, APIs and data integration with enterprise systems.
▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Commerce/Finance or a related field.
PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE
▪ Working knowledge of finance processes: P2P, O2C and R2R.
▪ Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Tally.
▪ Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-900 or AI-900.
▪ Experience in a shared-services, GCC or finance-transformation environment.
▪ Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or Azure AI services.
WHAT WE OFFER
▪ Best-in-industry remuneration for the right candidate
▪ A clear path to a 1-year extension for strong performers
▪ Hands-on work on live automation programmes with visible business impact
▪ A collaborative onsite team environment in Greater Noida
