Key Responsibilities:
1. Livelihood Program Development
Design and operationalize livelihood programs to promote self-reliance among host and neighboring communities.
Develop masterplans, proposals, and business models for farmer associations and community enterprises.
Coordinate with partner organizations to secure resources and technical support.
Facilitate product development, packaging, and market linkage initiatives.
2. Program Implementation and Monitoring
Track organizational and individual income derived from livelihood initiatives.
Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity.
Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
​Graduate of Development Studies
With at least 5 years related work experience
