Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and digital teams to digitize the loan journey, simplify workflows, and improve "ease of doing business". [1]
Sales & Channel Enablement: Support frontline sales teams, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and branch networks with product clarity, training, marketing collaterals, and targeted sourcing initiatives. [1, 2]
