UI/UX Designer
About the Role
RTAC is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-focused digital experiences for web applications and software products. The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, interface design, and usability principles, with the ability to transform business requirements into practical and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and digital products.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.
Translate business requirements into clear and user-friendly interface layouts.
Conduct basic user research and identify opportunities to improve usability.
Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements to navigation and user experience.
Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs throughout the development process.
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in Figma or similar interface design tools.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design.
Familiarity with usability testing and user-centered design practices.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
A portfolio of academic projects, personal designs, or previous work is preferred.
Freshers with relevant design skills and projects are welcome.
