Product Test Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, verify, and maintain product test programs
Handle mass production operations, including production release, monitoring, excursion handling, and coordination with OSATs / suppliers
Perform Low Yield Analysis to identify root causes and drive yield improvement
Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and work with Design, Process, and Quality teams for issue resolution
Generate Data Analysis Reports, summarizing test data, yield trends, and action plans on a regular basis
Support ATE-related testing operations and optimization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
3+ years of experience in Product Test / semiconductor testing
Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret test data independently and deliver reports
Programming skills in Python or LUA (at least one)
Familiar with mass production flow and able to handle production operations and excursions independently
Hands-on experience in low yield analysis and failure analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or J750 ATE platforms
Familiar with semiconductor test flow (Wafer Sort / Final Test)
Test experience in IC / optics-related products
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Spotfire, Exensio)
Experience collaborating with OSATs and working in a global team
Work Location & Travel
Work location: WFH (remote-first, must be based in Taiwan)
On-site support at OSAT factories in Hsinchu and Taipei as needed
International business travel (U.S., Europe, China), approximately 1-2 trips every 3 months. The frequency will be decreasing in 2027.
