Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurgaon. This full-time role includes administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, supporting payroll-related activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The HR Generalist will handle recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records management, and HR documentation. The role also involves assisting with performance management processes, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with leadership to improve HR practices and workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including exposure to core HR functions.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
Knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance relevant to India, particularly for roles based in Gurgaon.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, and comfort with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization is preferred.
