Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer & Social Media Executive to create engaging visual content and manage the agency’s social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, posts, stories, carousels, and reels using Canva.
Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand requirements.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth; prepare periodic performance reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
Coordinate with the PR and brand teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all platforms.
Required Skills
Strong Canva designing skills and a good creative sense.
Practical knowledge of social media management and content planning.
Understanding of Instagram Reels, stories, trends, and engagement metrics.
Good writing, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Working Schedule
As per company policy, with alternate Saturdays off.
