Role Description The Primary Teacher will deliver on-site classroom instruction to primary-level students preparing for scholarship examinations, at our Lakhandur location. This part-time role includes planning and teaching daily lessons, explaining concepts in an age-appropriate manner, and providing individualized support to learners who need extra guidance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing curriculum aligned with exam requirements, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with learners and guardians about progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with other educators to improve teaching methods and materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills relevant to primary school learners.
Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education skills to design and implement effective exam-focused learning plans.
Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills for interacting with learners and guardians.
Prior experience teaching primary classes or exam preparation courses is highly beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Ability to manage small groups, maintain classroom discipline, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Proficiency in local language(s) used by learners, along with basic English, is an advantage.
