Salesforce Developer (1-3 yrs)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce administration.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
Develop user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, where applicable.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and other platform features.
Work with SOQL and SOSL to retrieve and manage Salesforce data efficiently.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
Debug issues, troubleshoot application errors, and optimize existing implementations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or MCA. Only candidates holding one of these qualifications should apply.
Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities.
Experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
Understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, validation rules, and flows.
Familiarity with Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and bulkification best practices.
