Manager of Field Marketing & Business Development

【Job Responsibilities】
Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan and China
Continue to improve knowledge on application related issues for the SMS tools
Leading team for application support and new application development
Join weekly meeting with customers for summarizing and reporting issues as well as providing feedback on a technical level
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for HQ and TIC (service agent)
Provide technical support for customer and TIC via phone
Prepare and present detailed technical presentations (application related) material for support during sales assist
Track action items and open issues with customer to help bring into fast closure
Provide weekly report to HQ application support team
As you will represent Zeiss in South East Asia region, frequent travel for up to few weeks may be required in order to assist China, Japan and Korea.
Periodical training in HQ is required, training period 1-3 months depended on the training subject.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
【Qualification】
Master’s degree, Optical background, litho/etching process experiences
7+ years relavent experience
