In this senior-level role, you will independently oversee complex contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution, while protecting institutional interests and supporting researchers. You will balance legal, financial, regulatory, and operational considerations to develop practical agreements that enable research to move forward. Working closely with investigators, legal teams, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, you will help mitigate risk while safeguarding research plans and intellectual property. You will also contribute to institutional best practices by developing contractual resources, improving processes, and sharing your expertise with colleagues.
