Operations Standards Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Standards Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation. In this role, you will establish consistent standards across markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness. You will drive standard operating procedure (SOP) development, coordinate change management initiatives, and support the successful adoption of new systems and workflows. Working closely with Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Training teams, you will help align processes with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will also use performance data, audits, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
