Sourcing Manager – Data Center Infrastructure - EnergyLink

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sourcing Manager – Data Center Infrastructure based in the United States.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for complex data center construction projects, helping secure the critical equipment, materials, and supplier partnerships needed to deliver mission-critical infrastructure. In this hands-on leadership role, you will transform technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, supplier capacity, and project schedules. You will oversee competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and sourcing decisions across electrical, mechanical, cooling, and low-voltage systems. Working closely with engineering, construction, project management, and purchasing teams, you will help mitigate supply chain risks and protect key construction and commissioning milestones. You will also strengthen supplier relationships, mentor sourcing specialists, and improve processes as the data center infrastructure business expands.
