We're a small, fast-moving team building at the intersection of AI, search, property data and software integrations.
We embrace AI-native development and believe coding agents are fundamentally changing how software is built.
The Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer who uses AI coding agents as a core part of their development workflow.
If you're already using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar tools to build and ship software, we'd love to hear from you.
We want someone who can take a problem from idea to production: understand the requirements, design a solution, orchestrate coding agents, review their output and deliver reliable software.
We care less about how much code you write manually and more about your ability to solve problems and ship quality software.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain production software using AI-native development workflows.
Use coding agents extensively for implementation, refactoring, debugging and testing.
Break down complex problems, plan implementations and orchestrate AI coding agents.
Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, performance and maintainability.
Develop backend services, APIs, property data pipelines and third-party integrations.
Build AI-powered search features, agent tools and supporting infrastructure.
Deploy, monitor and improve production systems.
Experiment with emerging AI tools and development practices.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or equivalent tools.
Comfortable using coding agents as a primary development workflow, beyond autocomplete or occasional code generation.
Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar languages.
Experience building backend applications, APIs and working with databases.
Strong engineering fundamentals, including architecture, debugging, testing and code review.
Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently in a remote team.
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-agent or parallel coding workflows.
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, MCP, RAG or semantic search.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD or data pipelines.
Familiarity with WordPress, PHP or real estate technology.

Compensation & Location
A$90,000–A$100,000 base salary + superannuation.
