Role Description The Shopify Website Developer role at Aamanto technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain Shopify-based websites, including theme customization, template modifications, and integration of apps and third-party services. Daily tasks include implementing responsive front-end layouts, optimizing site performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves configuring store settings, managing products and collections, and collaborating with designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional features. The Shopify Website Developer will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain clean and efficient code, and contribute to ongoing improvements in user experience and conversion performance.
Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.
Solid understanding of Back-End Web Development, including API integration, data handling, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Shopify-focused Web Development, including theme customization, Liquid templating, and app integration.
Proficiency in Programming concepts, version control (such as Git), and debugging across different environments.
Experience collaborating with design and marketing teams to align website functionality with business goals.
Ability to analyze user behavior and apply best practices in UX and conversion optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
