Ops & DevOps Engineer (6-8 Years)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ops & DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in building, automating, and managing modern cloud-native platforms and deployment ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS container and streaming services, Terraform, Crossplane, GitLab, ArgoCD, Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB), and observability practices. This role will be responsible for enabling reliable infrastructure delivery, CI/CD automation, platform operations, and operational excellence across enterprise cloud and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure and platform services on AWS.
•
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Crossplane.
•
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps practices with ArgoCD.
•
Implement and manage deployment frameworks for Databricks using Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB).
•
Support containerized workloads and streaming platforms running on AWS.
•
Establish observability standards, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management.
•
Automate operational processes to improve platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
•
Manage platform releases, environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment governance.
•
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations.
•
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Eligibility
•
6-8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
•
Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure automation and CI/CD implementations.
•
Experience with containerized workloads, GitOps practices, and platform lifecycle management.
•
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
•
Understanding of operational excellence, reliability engineering, and incident management processes.
•
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Are Looking For
A hands-on DevOps professional with expertise in AWS containers and streaming services, Terraform, Crossplane, GitLab, ArgoCD, Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB), and observability, who can drive automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence. Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, Incident Response, and Platform Management will be considered a strong advantage.
